By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

By accessing or using this website, scheduling an appointment, or making a payment for any service provided by Wellness with Shikkha (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Client”, “User”, “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or book our services.

2. Nature of Services

Wellness with Shikkha offers mind-body, wellness, and intuitive advisory services delivered in-person in Bengaluru and online worldwide via video call (Google Meet, Zoom) or phone/WhatsApp:

• Yoga & Meditation Classes: Group yoga sessions, 1:1 private yoga, pre/post-natal yoga, pranayama, and breathing techniques.
• Numerology Consultations: Life path analysis, birth number vibration, personalized name correction suggestions, business & brand name analysis, newborn baby name guidance, and marriage compatibility analysis.
• Ramal Jyotish Readings: Ancient divination and decision-guidance readings.
• Vastu & Graphology Guidance: Spatial harmony recommendations and handwriting analysis.

3. Important Disclaimers & Legal Limitations

3.1 Medical & Health Disclaimer

• No Medical Advice: All yoga, meditation, breathwork, and lifestyle guidance provided is for general educational, physical fitness, and stress-management purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, psychotherapy, or psychiatric treatment.
• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Engaging in our services does not create a doctor-patient, healthcare-provider, or clinical therapy relationship.
• Client Responsibility: You acknowledge that participating in physical exercises like yoga carries inherent risks. You certify that you are physically fit to practice and have consulted a qualified physician prior to starting any exercise regimen, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, or managing existing health conditions.

3.2 Non-Evidentiary & Non-Judicial Disclaimer (Numerology, Ramal Jyotish, Vastu, Graphology)

• Spiritual & Guidance Purposes Only: Consultations in Numerology, Ramal Jyotish, Vastu, and Graphology are traditional, intuitive, and philosophical systems. They are intended solely for personal self-reflection, spiritual exploration, and personal guidance.
• No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: Future events, business success, marriage harmony, financial returns, or career milestones cannot be guaranteed. You retain complete free will and discretion regarding your life decisions.
• Inadmissible in Legal & Judicial Proceedings: You expressly agree that no reading, analysis, guidance, opinion, voice note, or consultation provided by Wellness with Shikkha or CA Shikha Nikhil Dokania shall be used, submitted, or cited as evidence, expert opinion, or factual truth in any court of law, tribunal, arbitration, matrimonial dispute, criminal trial, commercial dispute, or legal proceeding whatsoever.
• Financial & Legal Disclaimer: CA Shikha Nikhil Dokania provides wellness and numerological guidance under this brand. No session constitutes statutory chartered accountancy, legal, tax, or investment advisory unless formally engaged under a separate, formal statutory engagement.

4. Bookings, Scheduling & Service Delivery

• By Appointment Only: All 1:1 sessions, classes, and consultations must be booked in advance.
• Delivery Timeline:
  • 1:1 Video/In-person Consultations: Conducted at the mutually confirmed date and time slot. Confirmation and meeting links are provided via WhatsApp or Email upon successful payment.
  • Personalized Consultations & Guidance (Name Correction / Baby Names / Business Names): Analysis and personalized sessions are scheduled and delivered digitally via online sessions or direct communication.
• Client Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information (such as exact date of birth, spelling of legal names, and birth details). We are not responsible for delays or rework arising from erroneous data submitted by the client.

5. Fees & Currency Options

• Base Currency & International Pricing: All base service fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR). For international and non-Indian clients, fee options, invoices, and payment links may be provided in major international currencies—such as US Dollars (USD / $), Euros (EUR / €), British Pounds (GBP / £), UAE Dirhams (AED), or other local currencies—upon request or via international payment processing checkout.
• Payment Gateways & Processing: Payments are securely processed via authorized payment aggregators (including Razorpay), international cards, UPI, or direct bank transfer. Applicable currency conversion rates or banking transaction fees are determined by the client’s issuing bank/payment provider.
• Advance Full Payment: Payments must be made in full in advance to confirm your appointment slot and initiate preparatory work for your consultation.

6. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

All sales and session bookings are subject to our strict Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
• Once a booking is made or consultation preparation begins, no refunds or chargebacks will be entertained.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website—including articles, guides, calculators, graphics, logos, course material, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of Wellness with Shikkha / CA Shikha Nikhil Dokania and is protected under Indian Copyright and Intellectual Property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• In any event, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall be strictly limited to the exact fee amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
