Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Wellness with Shikkha, all our services—including personalized Yoga & Meditation sessions, Numerology consultations, Name Analysis, and Ramal Jyotish readings—involve significant dedicated time, personalized preparatory analysis, and reserved time slots.

Please review our policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds carefully before booking or making a payment.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

• All payments and fees paid for services, consultations, sessions, and classes are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Once a payment is completed through our website, Razorpay, UPI, international cards, or direct bank transfer, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances (including change of mind, dissatisfaction with intuitive guidance, partial attendance, or scheduling conflicts).
• By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that services are intangible, personalized, and time-bound, and that fee payments are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling Policy (1:1 Consultations & Private Yoga)

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that unexpected emergencies arise. We offer rescheduling under the following terms:

• Notice Period: You may request to reschedule a confirmed 1-on-1 session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Limit on Rescheduling: A session may be rescheduled a maximum of one (1) time, subject to the practitioner’s availability, within 30 days of the original booking date.
• Late Notice & No-Shows: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (“No-Show”) without prior intimation, will result in the session being marked as completed and the fee forfeited.

3. Personalized Numerology & Name Analysis Consultations (Baby Names, Business Names)

• Work on personalized analysis (e.g., Numerology Analysis, Name Correction, Baby Names, Business Name guidance) commences immediately upon receipt of birth details and payment.
• Because personalized consultations represent bespoke intellectual and analytical labor tailored specifically to your details, no cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been received.
• If you discover an error in the birth details you originally submitted, please notify us within 12 hours of booking so corrections can be incorporated prior to your consultation.

4. Group Classes & Workshop Packages

• Fees paid for group yoga batches, meditation workshops, or multi-session packages cannot be refunded, paused, or transferred to another individual once the batch has commenced.
• Missed group sessions cannot be carried over or adjusted against future batches.

5. Technical Difficulties / Force Majeure

• Disruptions from Practitioner’s End: In the unlikely event that a session is canceled or interrupted due to an emergency or technical issue on our end, the session will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date and time at no extra charge.
• Disruptions from Client’s End: We are not responsible for internet connectivity problems, device failures, or audio/video issues on the client’s end during an online consultation. However, reasonable efforts will be made to complete the duration if time permits.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Since all clients explicitly agree to these terms prior to payment, any unilateral chargeback or payment dispute filed through a bank or payment gateway without contacting our team first will be treated as a breach of contract.
• In the event of a chargeback attempt, this policy, proof of appointment booking, communication records, and session logs will be submitted to the payment gateway and financial institutions as evidence of service fulfillment.
